Philip - Phillip the Evangelist

When the need arose within the rapidly expanding Church the 12 Apostles anointed 7 Evangelists to serve. Philip was 1 of those 7 along with the more well known Evangelist, Stephen.

More noteably, Philip was so valued by God that Scripture notes that at one point when he finished baptising a new believer, he was instantly tranported/teleported immediately by the "Spirit of the Lord" to a location roughly 30 miles away in order to continue God's work! Acts 8:39-40
